Interface DefineSignedOperationOptions

Type definitions the payload type is resolved against: a generated binding's spec.type_defs, which carries the payload type and every type it references.

The payload type: either its name as declared with #[contract_type] (the declared segment of its spec id), which must name exactly one of typeDefs, or its full spec id, which selects one type even when another crate or module declares the same name.
